Hi 🫶 Lee here!! Welcome to my story!

First and foremost, I am a wife and mother to two amazing (yes, I’m biased!) adult children. I have the privilege of living between Brisbane and the Gold Coast on the East Coast of Australia, on 10 acres of land that backs right onto a National Park. It feels like we own hundreds of acres of bushland without the cost or duty of care!

Growing up, I came from a split home, regularly dividing my time between my dad's and mum's houses, which was my normal. I managed to get through to Grade 12... just. Fresh out of school, I met the love of my life and soon found myself pregnant with our first child. We decided to marry shortly after.

My husband and I greatly value family, and we made the significant decision to homeschool our children for as long as we could. This meant relying on a single income, often living on a wing and a prayer—a lot of prayer.

As our children progressed through their education and our youngest successfully entered the workforce, I ventured into the workforce myself. I tried several things: my own embroidery business, bond cleaning, working for various employers, and finally, at a distribution center for a famous Australian surf brand. Despite our hard work, my husband and I struggled to make ends meet and get ahead. We both agreed to search for something that would provide us with more income and more free time.
